Pricing & Tuition
The studio charges an all-inclusive, monthly flat rate tuition. This will be the same rate each month with an average of 4 lessons per month. This rate will apply to 12 months of the year, divided between two semesters, towards 45 weekly lessons.

When is tuition due? How do I pay?

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month, paid through quickbooks.

The studio uses Quickbooks, you will be sent an invoice before the 1st. The studio does not accept cash or checks.

If the invoice is not paid, the student will not be able to attend their lesson

What if I can’t make it to my lesson?

If you are not able to make it to your lesson, if you cancel 48 hours ahead of time, you can go to the portal calendar and reschedule if there is an open spot within the following two weeks. Please communicate with the teacher even if you book it on the calendar.

If you are sick or there is a last minute emergency, please communicate with the teacher and we will do our best to reschedule, but it cannot be guaranteed. Please do not show up to the studio if you are sick!

What happens if my teacher can’t make it to the lesson?

The teacher will do their best to make up the lesson within two weeks. However, included in tuition is two missed lessons of sick leave each year for the teacher. If the teacher cancels more than this, we will make up the lesson or you will be given a refund. ​

What if my lesson lands on a holiday/three day weekend?

The studio does not take every holiday off, so check the calendar first. If it does, we will schedule a make-up lesson.

Do I have to commit to a whole year?

Nope! But we ask that you give the teacher a month’s notice if you plan to discontinue lessons. If not, there will be a charge of one month’s tuition.

You may also tell the teacher upfront how long you would like to take lessons, then the above would not apply if this was previously communicated.

What happens if there is a snow day or I can’t make it to the studio?

If you are unable to attend due to weather conditions, you can ask for a zoom lesson, this needs to be communicated ahead of time so the teacher can prepare.

If the teacher is unable to make it to the studio, the studio will be closed and we will schedule a make up lesson.
